I didn't receive the verification SMS - what should I do?
SMS can take 30-60 seconds to arrive. Refresh the inbox page and wait. If it still doesn't appear, the service you're verifying with may not support shared virtual numbers. In that case, consider using a premium private number for more reliable delivery.
Are free numbers shared with other users?
Yes - free numbers are public and shared among all users. Messages are visible to everyone. For private, dedicated numbers that only you can access, check out our premium plans.
How do I request a refund for a premium number?
You don't need to contact us: if the number has received no SMS, open My Numbers in your dashboard and tap Cancel & Refund within 2 hours of purchase. The full price goes straight back to your wallet. If something went wrong outside that window, email [email protected] with your order details and we'll review it. See our Refund Policy.
Can I use Temp Number for illegal activities?
Absolutely not. Temp Number is designed for legitimate privacy protection - like signing up for services without exposing your personal phone number. Any misuse violates our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension.
