Partner Program Terms

Version 2026-11-07 (last updated November 7, 2026)

These Partner Program Terms (the "Partner Terms") are an agreement between you and TSOFT LLC d/b/a Temp Number ("Temp Number", "we", "us") about the Temp Number partner program (the "Program"). They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. Where they conflict about the Program, these Partner Terms apply.

You agree to these Partner Terms when you join the Program whitelist from your dashboard. The version you agreed to is shown there.

1. The whitelist

• The Program opens in stages. Joining the whitelist registers your interest. It does not guarantee you a place.
• We decide who takes part and when. We may decline anyone, or remove them from the whitelist, without giving a reason.
• You earn no commission while you are on the whitelist. Earning starts only after we approve you and your partner link is active.

2. Who can take part

• You need a Temp Number account in good standing with a verified email address, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• One partner account per person or business.
• Before your first USDT payout we will ask you to verify your identity.

3. Your partner link and referred customers

• We give you a personal partner link. A customer is referred by you when they open a new Temp Number account within 30 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser.
• If a person clicks more than one partner's link, the last link they clicked before opening their account counts.
• These are not referred customers: people who already had a Temp Number account, your own accounts or accounts you control, and accounts opened only to earn commission.
• Our records decide which partner, if any, referred a customer.

4. What you earn

• 10% of the net amount we receive from a referred customer for private number rentals and their renewals. The net amount is what they pay after refunds, discounts and credits, less app store fees (Google Play and the App Store), payment processing fees and taxes.
• Service Verify purchases, wallet top-ups, private email and every other product earn no commission.
• You earn from a referred customer's purchases for 6 months from the day they open their account, up to $100 per customer in any calendar month.
• Where a number leaves us too little margin, we may pay a lower rate on it, or none. The rate shown in your partner dashboard when the sale happens is the one that applies.
• Your own purchases never earn commission.

5. Pending commission, refunds and chargebacks

• Commission stays pending for 45 days after the sale. After that it becomes available to pay out.
• If a sale is refunded or cancelled, its commission is reduced or removed.
• If a customer disputes a payment with their bank or card issuer, the commission on it is removed, and that customer earns you nothing from then on.
• If commission we already paid is reversed later, we take it off your future commission.
• We may keep commission pending for longer while we look into unusual activity.

6. Payouts

• Wallet credit: once you have at least $10 available, at any time. It is added to your Temp Number balance straight away and, like the rest of that balance, is spent on Temp Number and cannot be withdrawn.
• USDT on TRON (TRC-20): once you have at least $50 available. We send USDT payouts once a month. Give us a correct address on the right network: a payout sent to the address saved in your partner account counts as paid, and crypto sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and for reporting it.
• We may add or remove payout methods. Removing one never takes away commission you have already earned.

7. How you may promote Temp Number

Share your link on your own website, videos, social media and groups, with people who want to hear from you. Where the law or the platform requires it, make clear that you earn a commission.

You must not:

• send spam or messages people did not ask for, or post your link where a platform's rules do not allow it;
• bid on "Temp Number", "temp-number.com" or close misspellings in paid search ads, or use them in domain names, app names or social media handles;
• present yourself as Temp Number or its staff, or copy our website, ads or app listings;
• say things about Temp Number that are not true, such as prices we do not charge, free products we do not offer, or that a number will work with a particular app or website;
• promote Temp Number for anything unlawful, or for getting around another service's rules or security checks;
• open accounts, or pay, reward or trick people into opening accounts, to earn commission;
• set your link without the person choosing to click it, for example with pop-ups, hidden links or automatic redirects;
• list Temp Number on coupon, cashback or deal sites without our written approval.

8. If these Partner Terms are broken

If you break these Partner Terms, we may hold or cancel the commission connected with it, remove you from the Program and switch off your partner link. Serious or repeated breaches may also lead to action under our Terms of Service.

9. Changes to these Partner Terms

We may change these Partner Terms, including the rates. We will tell you by email or in your partner dashboard at least 14 days before a change takes effect. Commission you have already earned is paid at the rate that applied when you earned it. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the Program before it takes effect.

10. Leaving or ending the Program

• You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may end your participation, or the Program, at any time.
• Unless it ends because you broke these Partner Terms, we pay the commission you have already earned once it becomes available. A balance below the USDT minimum can be taken as wallet credit.
• When your participation ends, your partner link stops earning. Customers you referred stay Temp Number customers.

11. Our relationship

• You take part as an independent partner, not as our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.
• You may use the Temp Number name and logo only as we provide them for the Program, and only while you take part.
• The limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law sections of our Terms of Service also apply to the Program.
